USA Standard Delivery: 

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days.

 

International Standard Delivery:

Standard Shipping: 7-11 business days.

 

These days do not reflect processing time. Please allow time for orders to be processed before shipment.

Please ensure you put in the correct address, we will not be responsible for lost packages.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. 

We are not liable to pay for any customs fees for international orders.

 

We do not offer refunds unless the product you received is faulty. If you received a faulty item you are eligible for a refund, however you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will provide you with a return shipping label and a replacement item or a full refund.
